I've always believed there is more to life than what we can see, touch, or explain.

For as long as I can remember, I've been curious about the unseen, the connection between our inner and outer worlds, and the incredible potential we carry within ourselves.



I once thought spirituality meant reaching for something outside of myself. Some perfect moment beyond ordinary life.

What I've come to understand through lived experience is simpler and harder.

Spirituality lives in action.

The more present I am in my body, the more intentional I am with my choices, and the more I bring love, awareness, and purpose into everything I do and create, the more spiritual life becomes.

It's not an escape. It's a landing.

I'm a mother, an entrepreneur, a partner, and a woman who has navigated her share of challenges, changes, and reinventions. I've built businesses, raised a family, questioned my beliefs, and discovered that some of life's greatest lessons come when we're willing to look within.

Through years of exploration, learning, and personal transformation, one belief has become increasingly clear to me: spirituality doesn't have to be mysterious, complicated, or reserved for a select few.

It can be as natural as trusting your intuition, recognizing your own energy, connecting with the world around you, and learning to listen to that quiet voice within.

That's why I created Anchor of Light.

A space where spiritual exploration meets real life. Where curiosity is encouraged, questions are welcome, and personal growth isn't about becoming someone else, but remembering who you are.

My passion is helping people recognize their own power, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and find the courage to create lives that genuinely reflect who they are.

I don't believe anyone needs to be fixed, saved, or told who to become. I believe we already carry what we're searching for. Sometimes we simply need the space, the tools, and a little guidance to rediscover it.

I'm still learning, growing, and discovering alongside you.

The journey isn't about finding the light somewhere outside of ourselves. It's about remembering that we've carried it within us all along.
